- Expedited Shipping: Available upon request with an additional charge. Delivered within 2-3 business days for domestic orders. Contact us for international expedited shipping options.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery address. You will be able to review the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
- Free standard shipping is offered for orders over a certain amount, as specified on our website.
4. International Shipping
- Design Haven Co ships worldwide. Please note, international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by your country's regulations, which are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link to follow the delivery status.
6. Delivery Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Design Haven Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
- If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your property, with neighbors, or with your local post office. If the package remains missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the stated delivery.
8. Damaged Items and Order Discrepancies
- If your order arrives damaged or if there are discrepancies (missing or wrong items), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work promptly to resolve any issues.

REFUND POLICY
Design Haven Co: Return & Refund Guidelines

Refund & Reprint Assurance
We proudly stand behind our 30-day refund and reprint guarantee!
Should any issues arise within 30 days from receipt of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us for a refund or reprint request. We're prepared to offer reprints for any instances of print quality or adhesion discrepancies, provided the fault does not lie with the submitted file quality. Requests for refunds or reprints for reasons beyond these will require managerial approval.
For orders involving DTF Transfers or UV DTF PermaStickers, accuracy in adhering to design specifications is crucial.
Additionally, we advise a thorough review of your shipping details prior to order confirmation. A confirmation email summarizing your order will be dispatched following your purchase.
**Addressing Late or Absent Refunds**
If a refund hasn't been received within 7 business days, we recommend the following steps:
1. Re-examine your bank account.
2. Reach out to your credit card issuer, as it might take some time for the refund to be reflected officially.
3. Contact your bank regarding potential processing delays.
